Beachwood forms of communication:
Email is the best form to communicate with the coaches. If you need to meet with a coach before or after practice please set up an appointment in advance. The coaching staff will respond to your emails within 48 hours. ALL TEAM ANNOUNCEMENTS WILL BE SENT VIA MASS EMAILS AND POSTED ON THE TEAM ANNOUNCEMENT PAGE OF THIS WEBSITE. If you aren't receiving information please make sure your email address was submitted correctly.
Texting will not be a form of communication between coaches and families(parents/swimmers) at any time.
The website will be kept current and is a source for all team announcements. Practices changes will be posted on the team practice calendar.
Twitter - Tweets will be sent out as another form of communication especially during emergencies and last minutes changes to meets and practices.
Please search for "BradBurget" (one word) on twitter.com and make sure that you enable your phone to receive tweets before leaving the website.
All inclement weather and emergencies will be sent out via twitter, mass emails and on the team announcement page. Due to the nature of the emergency and change not all three sources might be updated immediately.
